1. Definitions

Product refers to any digital product sold through our website, including ebooks, prompt libraries, templates, spreadsheets, and interactive tools. Customer, you, or your refers to the individual or entity purchasing the Product.

2. Nature of the Product

All Products are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to their digital nature, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or un-downloaded once delivered.

3. License and Permitted Use

After successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Product for your own personal and business purposes.

You may use and adapt templates, prompts, frameworks, and AI-generated outputs in your own freelance business. You may not resell, redistribute, claim authorship, include the Product in another product, or upload files publicly.

4. Intellectual Property

All Product content is the intellectual property of Frely OS and is protected by copyright law. Purchasing the Product does not transfer ownership rights.

5. Payment and Delivery

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros. After successful payment, you receive a magic link email to activate your account at app.freelanceos.pro.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@freelanceos.pro within 30 days of purchase with your order details and we will process a full refund.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your prior express consent. By completing your purchase and accessing your account, you consent to immediate delivery and waive that right of withdrawal.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results. Individual results vary depending on effort, experience, and market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frely OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable EU law. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Frely OS is registered.
